Theresa Davis, Career & Technical Instruction Coordinator for Swainsboro High School is named Teacher of the Year. Mrs. Davis has taught at SHS for 20 years and has served as the CTI Coordinator for the past 7 years. The presentation was made during the county wide opening session for this school year. Mrs. Davis is also serving on the Georgia CTI State Board of Directors for Region 6.
