Habersham Central High School

CandyRay Foster, CTI State President, spoke at the initial meeting for the Georgia Mountains Transition Alliance on September 23, 2009 at Habersham Electrical Membership Corporation in Clarkesville, Georgia. She welcomed state, county, and city officials as well as business owners who are working together move individuals with disabilities into their future.

After the meeting CandyRay along with students from White County High School served refreshments to attendees. Michelle Barron, pictured below with CandyRay Foster, is the CTI Coordinator for Habersham Central High. Michele Broadwell serves as the CTI Coordinator for the students at White County High School.
