State Leadership Conference

Each year, CTI hosts a Spring Conference with 27 competitive events, representing various career pathways. The conference aims to educate students with disabilities about resources and career options. These events serve as a platform for students to apply employability skills within their chosen pathways, presenting to volunteer judges in that career field. From public speaking to time management, students engage in various tasks that help them build their skills and learn about new and exciting careers.
